DESCRIPTION:Adult Learners\, Online Student Experience and Belonging & Wellness are sponsoring “Relax\, Relate and Release Into Exams” on Wednesday December 3\, 2025 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This virtual one hour session will be led by Demetria Nickens\, Senior Director of Belonging and Wellness. She will guide students through meditation\, affirmations and a self-care call out. This session is designed to give students an opportunity to decompress\, as we know the end of the semester can be challenging for many. \nStudents must register to receive the Zoom link needed to join the session.
